COLOR SCHEME – WHITE AND GREENERY

Sandra the bride was the one who booked us, she wanted a rustic theme and had some ideas she wanted executed. Nothing out of the ordinary, but I knew from the start she loves details. The venue was a very beautiful garden by the beach, it had the best ambiance and scenery.

We added the wooden structure to surprise the client and to also give the set up the “wow” factor.

It took us 3 days to execute the set-up, YES 3 days, with the venue staff being the very kindest, we did enjoy working there.

DAY 1- Wooden structure constructions with 3 carpenters.

DAY2- Draping on the structure, napkin folding and message cards inserts, burlap wrapping on the vases and glass cylinders, stage placement

DAY 3- Table and chairs arrangement, full table set up, dance floor set up and branding, fairy lights on the structure and the fresh floras on the tables and on the stage and lastly the entrance floras and walk way décor plus the lighting of the whole area.

CHALLENGE

We cannot remember having any major challenge during the execution of this work, and we loved the fact that we only had to deal with one person, THE BRIDE throughout which is something we always wish for, and is the main reason we prefer doing smaller events. (In case we have never said this before)

HIGHLIGHT

The overall result of the work was the biggest highlight for us. It came out extremely beautiful, exactly how we had anticipated it, and the positive feedback from majority of people just sealed it for us.
